My family can be amused by strange things...so when the power went out last week, we went crazy with candles and the smallest things seemed hugely funny. Like the laptop still living on through the blackout (my sister continued watching 90210 aka quality television), the solar lights being the only source of light and plenty of other mundane things.

Haha at least you had the laptop - when our power went out during the floods I had nothing but board games! And you can't read in candlelight - no wonder everyone was blind haha.
