Ahh the elusive plain white perfect tshirt. I do quite a bit of rambling about white shirts & tshirts, but all for good reason... they just look so good in combination with snazzy skirts like below!

I think you could possibly get away with a lot more crazy skirts for hospital-wear if you combine it with a plain white top. White shirts give off the I mean business vibe.
