This week has been a mix of cold mornings, sleeping through alarms, being late, long ward rounds... shambles is me.

DIY Details
This pearl trim skirt is just so cute & a great project for a boring old black skirt. It just requires some scissors (to make it appropriately mini), glue & a string of beads. Warning from T, resident glue-ing expert: it is quite fiddly to get the beads straight.

Herdsman Lake is such a beautiful location for a picnic or just a walk. I don't recommend going there on a cold Winter's day, though... especially not in a mini skirt.
