We're approximately 8 hours into Summer & it seems we're starting on a high! Sleep was a good way to welcome the new season, followed by an early morning at the beach, then some coffee from my favourite joint that complimented my mother-made granola nicely. To keep things rolling, I'm going to make some aims for the season. They're pretty simple, but I find the best way to achieve your aims is make them achievable, haha! that makes no sense.
Aims for the season
1. Live as outdoors as possible
2. Eat fresh, healthy & unpackaged
3. Read a novel (at least one!)
4. Stress less. Relax.
