The best remedy for a shambles-ridden afternoon?

New shoes!

I'll spare you the total tale of woe, but here's what I got for sorry self after I spent a good few hours of my life dropping things, slipping over in traffic, and generally being a huge klutz.  Let's not repeat that again for a while, shall we?
