Holiday DIY - Crochet snoods

Some Christmas presents that I made whilst S and Simon were away (and therefore not able to distract me!).  I decided to make some snoods for those who I knew were heading off to cold countries for holidays (myself included).

Why crochet do you ask?
1. I don't really like knitting.  It's complex and tedious.
2. Crochet is faster and I can actually do fancy things with the stitches!

Of course I couldn't show you these until Simon got his Christmas present, otherwise he would have figured out part of what I was giving him!  (Why a snood you ask?  Because he went to Melbourne for a week and came back somewhat made-over [read: suddenly trendy], so I figured he'd be too trendy for just a simple scarf when he goes to Japan in the new year haha)
