Burgundy Frowns & Backless Gowns

Browsing pictures of the 2012 Met Gala has been a good way to pass in-bed-sick time (and consoling my broken heart over the missed Melbourne trip!)

Two of my favourite trends were bare backs (am I'm obsessed with backs?) & burgundy lips... neither for the faint hearted.

I also love Liu Wen's backless red gown with bright red lips (here).  Also Emma Stone's cute short red dress (here).

Some ideas for our uni ball this year, perhaps!

    The Met Gala had some seriously amazing dresses. My favourites were basically all the sequinned ones
