Before Domenico & Stefano became embroiled in a gigantic tax kerfuffle, they were busy making tapestry/brocade cool again and 'lampshade' a legitimate dress shape. Meanwhile, Primark (the UK high street retailer similar to Valleygirl) was busy taking "inspiration" from D&G collections and churning out cute grandma-esque tapestry lampshades. I was in the UK at the time with a suitcase full of boring clothes & snapped one up for a quick fix. Shameful, yes. Can't believe it even survived my recent wardrobe purge!
*7am in the city is such a good time to boogie*

This post could almost be a "2 Ways to Wear" if you hop on over to my male counterpart's blog and see how I wore this dress in subzero temps!

Pretty! Baring legs in winter, reminds me that I am no longer in Adelaide, sooooo cool! Also I love the photos of you wearing it in Scotland- the coat, the boots, you are so cute.

Thank you :) yeah - Perth city has so many cute alleyways. We had to shoot to avoid the big bins though haha, so not as glam as it looks.
